We are seeking levelheaded and outgoing Assistant Restaurant Managers to supervise a team of employees as they prepare and serve food. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Carrols, you will train your team in food preparation, develop employees to advance in the succession plan and train your team  in customer service as well as safety and sanitation procedures. You will compile and balance cash receipts at the end of your shifts and perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation and payroll duties. You will also supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.  Assistant Restaurant Manager – Restaurant Food Service Manager   Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Carrols, you will observe and evaluate employees and work procedures to ensure that quality and customer service standards are met.
